Frontend changes to avoid housekeeper table usage with disabled housekeeping

      When item is removed corresponding records (history, history_str, history_uint, history_log, history_text, trends, trends_uint) for history cleanup are inserted into housekeeper table for housekeeper to handle history removal. With disabled housekeeping this is redundant and must be skipped.
