after updating from zabbix 5.4 to 6.2 zabbix reports to do a bug report

      update on centos 8 to php 8.1, mariadb 10.6, then upgrade to zabbix 6.2 from zabbix 5.4
      note: mysql_upgrade has failed.

      and now if zabbix starts correctly, it takes hours to restart
