problem.get Zabbix api function also list out disabled problems

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Disable a problem for a host
      2. Problem disappeared from dashboard
      3. But still I getting those problems through problem.get function

      Expected:
      There is no option in problem.get to filter out disabled problems
