Users who belong to the Administrator role are slow to open front-end pages

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Add a user who belongs to the Admin role
      2. Turn on debug mode for user groups
      3. Open the Monitoring -> Problems tab
      4. ...

      Result:

      Expected:
      I expect users in the admin role to open front-end pages as quickly as users in the super admin role
