Steps to reproduce:
1) Navigate to "Media type" page.
2) Open any media type with type - Email.
3) simply press "Update" button (without any changes).
4) Navigate to Audit log page and check Details.

Result:

Looks like password changed.

Expected:
Nothing displayed.
If you make Media type update with API - everything looks correct.
