In 5.0 invalid network discovery or web scenario update interval caused it to be rescheduled in refresh_unsupported seconds.

Now with refresh_unsupported removed such misconfigurations will reschedule the corresponding check at current time, resulting in scheduling spam.

My suggestion is to add hardcoded 1 minute delay in the place of refresh_unsuported interval in such scenarios.
