Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a script with a selected User group.
   
2. Create role with Super admin User type.
   
3. Add the user to the required User groups, but not to the User group that is allowed in the script.
   
   

Result:

Script available as 'Manual host action'.

Expected:
Script is only available to the User group selected in the script configuration.
