Templated trigger does not show inherited tag

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a template with a template tag
      2. Create a trigger on the template with trigger tag
      3. Open trigger configuration and switch to "Inherited and trigger tags"
      4. Only trigger tag is displayed

      Expected:
      Both template and trigger tags are displayed

      P.S

      This works as expected on triggers created on host - see screenshot
