Outdated API documentation for usergroup.create and usergroup.update methods

      usergroup API documentation for create and update methods state that there is a property called "rights". This is no longer true, since it is deprecated since 6.2. There are now two properties "hostgroup_rights" and "templategroup_rights". Examples are also outdated.
