Hi,
During a simple test to show how it works the "Not supported value" preproc step, I saw this behavior:
1- Create a single Zabbix Trapper Item with type of information equal to "numeric"
2- Create a single Preproc Step of "Check of Not supported value" with a custom on failure like "set value to" a number like "999".
Now using the zabbix trapper if I send only number everything is working as expected but if I send a "text" like this one:
zabbix_sender -z 127.0.0.1 -s MyHost_byProxy -p 10151 -k my.trapper -o test
I receive the error
Value of type "string" is not suitable for value type "Numeric (unsigned)". Value "test"
, I supposed to check it using the preproc step and change the value to "999".
Is something correct? As I remember it will work in the past
Thanks so much
