SNMPv3 request sending bad authoritative data.

      I'm trying to set up SNMPv3 for the first time. 

      Zabbix sends an empty-get request, and the target responds with

      msgAuthoritativeEngineBoots: 6 
msgAuthoritativeEngineTime: 1905348

      Zabbix then sends a request for an item, such as 

      get-request IF-MIB::ifEntry.ifIndex: 3
msgAuthoritativeEngineBoots: 11
msgAuthoritativeEngineTime: 2080142

      The server is then responding with an error

      report SNMP-USER-BASED-SM-MIB::usmStatsNotInTimeWindows.0 
msgAuthoritativeEngineBoots: 6
msgAuthoritativeEngineTime: 1905348

      I don't understand where Zabbix is getting that boot/time value from.
