Steps to reproduce:
1) Create item with type HTTP agent.
2) Check allowed hosts field.
Result:
Allowed hosts is visible. Even when "Enable trapping" checkbox is checked out.
When you try to fill "Allowed hosts" and submit item - error appears.
Expected:
Allowed hosts field - NOT visible until "Enable trapping" checked in.
