Calculated Items on proxied hosts broken in 6.2.2

Steps to reproduce:

1. Upgrade to 6.2.2
2. Got trigger "More than 100 items having missing data..."
3. Check the queue: Calculated Items on Proxies are not getting calulated
4. Check a calculated item lates date: Values stop with date of Zabbix update

Result:
Calculated Items on Proxies no longer work
Expected:
Calculated Items should work
