When active agent availability checks were introduced, they were manually added to Windows and Linux by Zabbix agent active templates. Our tooling creates UUIDs for metrics/triggers/valuemaps when we generate these templates from modules, and we can't manually set them to the values that were added before. We need to change UUIDs in these templates and also the templates.tmpl file to the values created by the tooling to facilitate the generation of templates and avoid manual editing of the resulting files.
