Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new template TestTemplateA
2. Add a discovery rule to the template
3. Add a trigger prototype with "allow manual close" enabled in the discovery rule
4. Full clone TestTemplateA and create TestTemplateB

Result:
"allow manual close" configuration is not cloned and disabled in the trigger prototype in TestTemplateB.
Expected:
"allow manual close" is enabled in TestTemplateB.
