SNMP availbility icon is green when all SNMP agent items are "not supported"

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Set up SNMPv3 monitoring of a host
      2. Correctly configure passhphrases
      3. Configure the security name incorrectly

      Result:
      The host "SNMP" availability icon is green
      Despite all the "SNMP agent" items are in "not supported" state with "Unknown user name" error
      Expected:
      The host "SNMP" availability icon is red with  "Unknown user name" error
