Zabbix agent2 cannot find the log directory set in Japanese.

Example:

• logrt[C:\\Test\\data\\テスト確認\\log\\.*_test_log.log$,,shift_jis,,skip]

FYI:
Same item key - It works on C-based Zabbix agentd.
It does not work only on Zabbix agent2 (It could be related to ZBX-4590)
