Steps to reproduce:

1. set timezone of our profile to a different than UTC
2. add analog clock with local time to dashboard
3. check time on clock
4. open settings of clock widget
5. select digital
6. select timezone
7. select advanced
8. set timezone in advanced area
9. save and set clock back to analog
10. check time on lock

Result:

• checking time in step 3 shows wrong time, if you are not located in UTC timezone
• checking time in step 10 show correct time{}

Expected:
Don't really know what to expect but I see two issues:

1. timezone configuration is only available in digital clock but affects analog clock, too.
2. if select "local time" the clock should display local time and not UTC by default

And yes, this is a minor minor minor minor issue
