1. Undefined array key when update broken module

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create module
2. Open the page of the created module
3. Edit the menifest.json file and add invalid data, for example empty name
4. On the open module page, press Update button

Result:
Message "Module updated" and error in details

Undefined array key 0 [zabbix.php:22 → require_once() → ZBase->run() → ZBase->processRequest() → CController->run() → CControllerModuleUpdate->doAction() in app/controllers/CControllerModuleUpdate.php:136]

2. Two messages and different text size
Steps to reproduce:

1. Create module
2. Enable the module (this is important, when the module is disabled, there is only one message)
3. Open the page of the created module
4. Edit the menifest.json file and add invalid data, for example empty name
5. Refresh opened module page

Result: two identical messages and one with smaller text
