Steps to reproduce:

Create 2 items with same name (different type, key etc)
Try to add both to Top Hosts widget
Result:

Only one is shown in selection list.

Expected:
All items shown in list. Zabbix does not have a restriction on the uniqueness of the item name on the host, which means it must show items with the same name
