Steps to reproduce:

1. Setup a user with a role that allows read/write access to host data
2. The user can then see all individual host values and graphs
3. Host specific dashboards are greyed out though.

Result:

-> Host specific dashboards are not accessible (greyed out on frontend and giving "no data" error message when trying to direct access them via link to host specific dashboard)

Expected:
-> Host specific dashboards accessible if zabbix user has read permissions on a specific host.
