Steps to reproduce:

1. Create Host item for the Azure subscription
2. Associate Azure by HTTP template with Host Item
3. Populate required macros in Host Item
   1. {$AZURE.APP_ID}
   2. {$AZURE.PASSWORD}
   3. {$AZURE.SUBSCRIPTION_ID}
   4. {$AZURE.TENANT_ID}
4. Wait for host discovery

Result:
A host item gets created for the virtual machine, but there is no template associated with it

Expected:
Since the "Azure virtual machine by HTTP" template is included in the "Azure virtual machine {#NAME}" Host prototype in the "Virtual machines discovery" of the "Azure by HTTP" template, I would expect the template to be associated with the discovered virtual machines
