Problems link on the map item shows wrong filter settings

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Have a map with hosts on it.
      2. Choose severity on top to average.
      3. Click on host and go to problems. (Link generated zabbix.php?action=problem.view&filter_name=&hostids%5B%5D=10912&severities%5B%5D=3&severities%5B%5D=4&severities%5B%5D=5)
      4. Problems will be shown correctly, but filter will be incorrect.

      Result:

      Expected:
      Filter should match severity from the map.

      Tested on 6.0.6 and 6.2.1.
