Two different error messages when opening an invalid URL and one less user-friendly

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open url with wrong "context" value items.php?filter_set=1&filter_hostids%5B0%5D=10084&context=test

Result:
Almost blank page looks strange.
There is no return button to dashboard.

We can close the message and get a blank page

Expected:
Can be compared to error message when opening a URL with an invalid host ID zabbix.php?action=host.edit&hostid=111111
Message with button "Go to dashboards" and message can't be closed

Other invalid URLs should also be checked
