TLSPSKVALUE doesn't work in silent mode

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Try to install agent 2 6.0.10 on windows from cmd in silent mode with TLSPSKVALUE specified.

      Result:

      Error generated by 6.0.10 installer "MSI (s) (64:C0) [11:42:45:817]: Product: Zabbix Agent 2 (64-bit) – PSK value field is not a valid 128-2048 bit Hex"

      log4 - log from 6.0.4 agent 2 where installation works
      log10 - log from 6.0.10 agent 2 where installation doesn't work, customer tested that without /qn option it works.
      Expected:
      TLSPSKVALUE should work as it did in 6.0.4
