1. Create or open graph widget in dashboard;
2. create or open existing data set;
3. click multiple times - first close the active block, then open the block again, so that button collapse "^" is still focused;
4. observe that the line below the button is underneath the focused border (see attached image).

Maybe it's better to show the focus above the line?
