Graph widget draggable data set is missing opacity

      1. Create or open existing graph widget in dashboard;
      2. create or edit existing data set;
      3. have more than one data set to it is possible to drag and drop them;
      4. click mouse on one of the data set and drag the data set over another;
      5. observe the opacity is missing and some buttons appear on top of the draggable data set (see attached image).
