Zabbix 6.0.11 installs with no error but, will not start the zabbix-server daemon. I am using a Postgresql13 database to connect to. I researched my issue I found in the Zabbix log that zabbix is having an issue connecting the the DB. What do I need to do to resolve my issue? Thank you for any help you will provide. (see below my error messages)

systemd error:

Log error:
