i want to share dashboard for our site admin / user

the brief is : 

i have over 3 dashboard included graph & map, and i want to share for my staff to login and can see it

Ex : Staff 1 is leader and staff 2,3 and we have 3 dashboard

=> Staff 1 can see all dashboard, staff 2 only can see dashboard 2, staff 3 only can see dashboard 3

I was try using sharing, but it not work at Screen of Staff, the message is : "No permission to referred object or it does not exist "

MY GMT is +7, i willing to have a conference anytime
