Message "No data found." has lost style in Monitoring -> Problems

      1. Open Monitoring -> Problems;
      2. enable compact view;
      3. have no problems or type in filter so that no the message in the middle "No data found." is displayed.

      Result:
      text color of the message is incorrect.

      Expected:
      correct text color according to user chosen theme.
