Proxy memory leak or "zombies" in action

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Connect approx. 500 devices to proxy
      2. Get high proxy memory and swap utilization and approx 500 vps on server.
      3. Disable approx. 300 hosts.

      Result:
      On server VPS is down to 200 vps, but proxy still have no changes in used memory and swap.

      Expected:
      Fix this memory "leak".
