      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a maintenance window for host (maintenance duration 6 hours)
      2. Force a trigger to fire after 10 min
      3. Wait for maintenance to expire after the 6 hour window
      4. Wait to see if any action happens

      Result:

      Expected:
      The above trigger to have generated an action..
