Minor issues with Graph widget configuration form

      The issues are observed in graph widget configuration form in 6.2 and 6.4 branches:

      1 - If item name is longer than the width of the Data set field for selecting an item, then it is not the item name that is partially hidden, but the width of the corresponding input element gets extended (reproduced only in 6.4 branch):

      2 - For tome reason the labels that are selected in Radio buttons have higher z-index than the data set that is being dragged over it. As result, when changing the the order of data sets the selected labels in radio buttons are put above the moving data set, which looks really weird (reproduced only in 6.4 branch):

      3 - In case if Draw is set to "Bar" and then the "Stacked" checkbox is set to true, then fields "Aggregation interval" and "Aggregate" become enabled, but if right after that "Stacked" is set to false, then these fields remain enabled (reproduced both in 6.2 and in 6.4 branches):

      4 - It is possible to save Graph widget configuration when both "Percentile line (left)" and "Perventile line (right)" are set to true, but the value in the corresponding input elements is blank (reproduced both in 6.2 and in 6.4 branches):
