Steps to reproduce:

1. Hosts with problems and host in maintenance with problems is needed.
2. Create a couple of maps that contain some of the above hosts and make sure to uncheck "Show suppressed problems" in properties.
3. Create a dashboard and add the "Map navigation tree" widget.
4. Add the above created maps to the tree.

Result:
Both problems and "Suppressed problems" are shown in the "Map navigation tree".
Expected:
Problems are shown in the "Map navigation tree" widget, but suppressed problems is not shown.
