Steps to reproduce:

1. Create trapper item. Type of information
2. Create trigger with expression: 
   last(/host/key)<>"OK" and nodata(/host/key,5m)=0
3. Select inside the trigger 
   PROBLEM event generation mode - Multiple
    
4. Send some strings to the trapper. The strings must 'fire' the trigger.

Zabbix server version 6.0.2
Zabbix proxy version 6.0.6

1) Zabbix skipped some trigger creation. Checked with 60s, 30s, 10s, without delay. Data exists in latest data and in the DB with correct timestamp.

2) Trigger didn't resolve after 5 minutes according with the nodata() expression, If new values ​​are not received by trapper.

Expected:
1) All triggers must be fired correctly, without skipping.
2) The trigger must be resolved according with the nodata() expression, If new values ​​are not received by trapper.
