take any template with a dashboard on the template and link it with a host

then create a normal zabbix user and a group and give read permissions on that host

the user is unable to see the template dashboards

give the user group access to the template group 

now the user is able to see the dashboards

running on 6.0.7 but there is no notes about this being fixed in later versions so i suppose its still broken

dashboards where made to replace the screens with screens we didnt had to give access to templates for this to work  so this is a bug and not a feat req
