Steps to reproduce:

1. Configure a dashboard with Trigger Overview Widget
2. Select Show ANY in configuration of the widget
3. Set a tag filter with And/Or operation

Expected:
Tags filter should be considered also on Show ANY option

When adding a Trigger Overview widget, if it is configured to show Recent or Problem, the Tags filter is also applied. But when setting to show Any, the Tags filter is not considered.

I am expecting that Tags filter be considered no matter what type of issue is shown (recent, problem or any)
