      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Change the proxy setting by enabling StartIPMIPollers to 1
        Restart proxy service

      Result:
      Reading the log files there will be an ipmi manager #1 process start error

      You can also see the message: cannot read IPMI service request and
       Zabbix Proxy stopped. Zabbix 6.4.0beta5 (revision 89049fb7196)

      Zabbix Server in the same version does not have this error. Only on proxies.
