      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Install Zabbix server with MySQL version <  8.00.26

      Result:

      Zabbix suggests minimum MySQL version 8.0.29

      Go to official MySQL page to download 8.0.29

      Critical issue is reported 

      Expected:
      Offer MySQL version without critical issues (e.g. 8.00.30)
