Steps to reproduce:

• Open 'New connector' form
• Fill in mandatory fields (Name, URL)
• Add tag value => a
• Change tag operator to 'Exists' or 'Does not exist'
• Press the 'Add' button

Result: Validation error appears.


Expected: New Connector should be created and no validation error should appear because operators 'Exists' and 'Does not exist' don't contain value parameter.
