Steps to reproduce:

1. add opsgenie integration
2. create user and follow the docs
3. in the media types, set the conditions to send to opsgenie

Result:
If the alert is from a default template, it closes in the opsgenie with the following message in the Opsgenie event log:{}

but I created a custom trigger alert, it only adds note and not close it in Opsgenie:

Expected:
It should close the opsgenie alert instead of adding note
