Incorrect documentation link in Connector create view

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to Administration -> General -> Connectors
      2. Create connector
      3. Click on help icon in the top right corner of the form

      Result:
      incorrect link https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/6.4/en/404
      Expected:
      correct link https://www.zabbix.com/documentation/6.4/en/manual/config/export/streaming#configuration ?
