Steps to reproduce:

1. Use latest kubernetes 6.4 server state template
2. Navigate to Control Plane LLD discovery item
3. Run the "test"

Result:
Get empty result

Expected:
Return the data for API Server and Control Node discovery

Additional notes:

OpenShift 4.10 run the controller manager on port 10257 and the kube scheduler on port 10259. From inside the pods i can curl the metrics, but those metrics are not exposed to outside by default for security reasons. 

I have filed this as a defect as i think, that the monitoring doesnt work as intended and that the feedback might be valuable.
