Agent2 oracle plugin disconnect

      Steps to reproduce:
      Zabbix agent2 in some cases drop connection by timeout to oracle DB and agent no longer reply to any request not only oracle related

      Result:
      in the log only

2023/02/14 17:50:11.656541 [Oracle] Cannot fetch data: context deadline exceeded.

      Expected:
      it should restart connection
      It happens for Zabbix agent2 6.0.13 but if rollback to 6.0.11 it works as usual.
