Steps to reproduce:
1) Create User role with type Super admin.
2) Add 2 API methods - host.create and host.delete.
3) Save user role and open it again.
4) Remove API methods and add them again (host.create and host.delete).
5) Press Update button.

Result:
Error message appears.

After clicking Update button again - success message appears.

Expected:
No errors. User role updated.
