PHP runtime error when clearing item history on TimescaleDB

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Setup zabbix with TimescaleDB
      2. Disable compression on Housekeeping page
      3. Go to Data Collection -> Hosts
      4. Select Zabbix server items
      5. Click "Clear history"

      Result:
      success message with error in details 

      Trying to access array offset on value of type bool [items.php:701 → CApiWrapper->__call() → CFrontendApiWrapper->callMethod() → CApiWrapper->callMethod() → CFrontendApiWrapper->callClientMethod() → CLocalApiClient->callMethod() → CHistory->clear() → CHistoryManager->deleteHistory() → CHistoryManager->deleteHistoryFromSql() → PostgresqlDbBackend::isCompressed() → CConfigFile->{closure}() in conf/zabbix.conf.php:87]
