Agent2 plugins conf are not following Agent configuration definition style

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. try to set empty value in the mongodb.conf plugin: 
        Plugins.MongoDB.Sessions.local.Password=

      Result:

      2023/03/17 07:33:26.819182 cannot register plugins: [MongoDB] Cannot unmarshal JSON data: invalid value type <nil>zabbix_agent2 [1517379]: ERROR: cannot register plugins: [MongoDB] Cannot unmarshal JSON data: invalid value type <nil>

      Expected:
      Interpret as a emty value, like Agent options.
