LDAP not enabled but still an option in the group creation form

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. No LDAP configuration
      2. Create a new group
      3. Assign LDAP as the frontend access
      4. Create a User in that grouP

      Expected:
      LDAP should not be an option if it is not configured (as SAML an HTTP)

      A waring when creating the user
