Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as any user with user type "Super Admin" and open any Host Dashboard (not global Dashboard)
2. You can view everything
3. Change the same user to user type "Admin" or "User", with all possible permissions set.
4. Try again to open a Host Dashboard
5. Result: "No permissions to referred object or it does not exist!"
6. This makes Host Dashboards completely unusable, as no one can see them...
