Steps to reproduce:
On proxy side I set for test ProxyLocalBuffer=1 for keeps the data locally
On Server Side I set the DebugLevel=4
For test i get the itemid 49511.
On proxy side I can found the item and value
on server side in log I found

On PostgreSQL log sometimes I found

Result:
On Zabbix server side history and history_uint tables don't have any value for itemid 49511 and on Zabbix frontend in latest data is blank.
